I am an Insurance Research and Policy Engagement Manager at Insurance for Good and a Research Fellow at Harvard’s Joint Center for Housing Studies. My work mainly addresses climate risk management in the built environment, with primary focus on public policy design, implementation, and evaluation. At Insurance for Good, I am supporting the California Department of Housing and Community Development’s Insurance Resilience Planning Program. My latest research focuses on climate risk assessment, renter households’ experiences with property insurance markets and disclosure laws, frontier methods for measuring housing supply, and impacts of land use policies in hazard-prone areas.
